Deadheading flowers is good for them, it encourages more blooms, so go ahead cut some flowers and bring them inside.
The Photo above shows Mixed Sunflower Seeds drying in the sun. This is a long drawn out process. Flower seeds are planted. Plants grow and bloom. Blooms are picked. Seeds are dried carefully. Then seeds are removed by hand and packaged for selling. The process takes months to complete. My packaging is simple, you can see the seeds, and it is a very good value. Freda's Favorite Flowers is a collection of my favorite annuals and perennials that are grown right here in Lexington Kentucky in my private garden. All of the flower seeds are handpicked and air dried by me, so only the best seeds are chosen. Quantities are limited, because they are chosen from my personal garden. Most of these flowers grow best in full sun to partial shade. Varieties include-Annuals (do not return each year), you have to replant them. But growing from seed is very easy and rewarding.
